Our exclusive venues are conveniently located in Chelsea. Your product will stand out in a high-traffic “be seen” neighborhood among various galleries, modeling agencies, and even the Starrett-Lehigh Building. Our location is in close proximity to the Highline, Hudson Yards, Chelsea Market, and easily accessible via The West Side Highway, heliport, and major public transportation (7-minute walking distance from 23rd Street Station – ACE lines).

The Spaces

The classic, pre-war brick exterior, 12' ceilings, dark oak flooring, and gorgeous arched windows of this striking space present a look of elegance that is hard to find. Featuring a 3,350 square foot open floorplan that can host up to 221 people and the 1500 square foot basement with galley kitchen for back of house, hair/makeup, catering, and/or storage, this blank canvas of a venue guarantees to take any event to the next level.

This modern gallery and event venue is a blank canvas for any type of event. Featuring a unique bi-level layout with 13’ to 18’ high ceilings and concrete flooring, gorgeous skylights, sliding glass frontage, and a variety of Audio/Visual options, the space offers the opportunity to enjoy different experiences and great crowdflow all at once.
